The Crocodile\/Hog Canyon, (Johnson Canyon) Staging area was developed with the cooperation of the BLM, Kanab Field office, and Kane County for the gravel base. A large site was cleared and a fence erected around the site thanks to the Oderville Boy Scouts under the leadership of John Reese. The Club erected the fence and placed another picnic table at this site as well. The BLM erected a kiosk and the 4×4 Club a sign to complete a very usable and great staging area.
